This work consists of the remodeling and construction of a small hotel with a 9,306m2 property. Of which the new property included the construction of 32 Casitas one and two-story building with a Nudura wall system, insuldeck slabs and thermochip roof, making the houses completely insolated to save energy. These houses have a total of 2962m2 of construction.<\/p>\n
All infrastructure works were also carried out, walkways made of coral stone and wood and the social areas creating different environments due to the variety of materials.<\/p>\n
