\nWhen submitting a petition, you are required to deposit an amount of $120 USD, when the petition is approved you are required to pay the difference advised.
\nCashier hours are:

\n7:45am. – 11:30am.
\n1:45pm. – 3:30pm.
\nEvery Drawings submitted must be folded in A4 format.<\/p>\n
\nAfter you submit your petition you will received a proof of you request, with the number of the building petition. The petition will go to the WELSTANDCOMMISIE. After this will continue the process in DOW and also other departments if necessary.This process will take more or less 4 weeks for a dwelling house, and at least 6 weeks for Commercial Buildings.<\/p>\n\n
