BOARDWALK HOTEL

This work consists of the remodeling and construction of a small hotel with a 9,306m2 property. Of which the new property included the construction of 32 Casitas one and two-story building with a Nudura wall system, insuldeck slabs and thermochip roof, making the houses completely insolated to save energy. These houses have a total of 2962m2 of construction.

All infrastructure works were also carried out, walkways made of coral stone and wood and the social areas creating different environments due to the variety of materials.
